My blog is about the personal struggles I have endured and the stress that arises as a consequence. Stress can be very detrimental to a person’s health and must be controlled, in order, to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will  add to the enrichment of my content by including personal stories  and  others commitment to their own success. In my blog I will discuss some of my personal stress techniques and other material I have researched that is aimed at lessening the stress in my life.
