9 Ways to deal with stress for a student

So, over the last few weeks it seems that everything that can go wrong has once again gone wrong.  Do others often feel this way in their lives?  I have found that there are many people out there that often seem to be overwhelmed by the stress in their lives and often don’t know how to cope with that type of anxiety.   I have gone through some major events over the last few weeks and often found myself asking the same question.  It seemed that no matter what I did I seemed to find a way to make my solution more difficult than it was, before I began to think.  Then the next thing that usually happens is that you speak because you forgot to think about what it was you were going to say.  Hence, you end up in situations that can often be avoided and, instead, could have originally implemented a solution without too much exertion of physical/intellectual effort.

The article that I found was by a blogger who either has been in school or knows very intimately about the subject.  It starts off by discussing the many levels of demands on students and how they quickly become overwhelmed by assignments and test.  The article helps give students nine different ways of coping with stress and how these simple actions can truly help reduce the level of stress on a student during their college career.
